A 3% monthly interest rate will be applied to all past-due amounts, in addition to any other applicable fees incurred during the collection process.
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were established after the standard terms and conditions of sale. For any derogation to be valid, it must be expressly agreed upon in writing in advance.
Invoices are due within 7 working days, unless a different payment timeframe is specified on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD reserves the right to charge a 3% monthly interest rate on all past-due amounts, in addition to any other applicable fees incurred during the collection process. SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior notice in the event of late payment.
If a payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD reserves the right to engage the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be borne by the client.
Certain countries impose withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD become involved in costs related to a country’s legislation. Consequently, the invoice amount will be due to SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in its entirety, excluding any costs related to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD endeavors to deliver products and services within the agreed timeframes. However, it is important to note that none of its obligations can be construed as a guarantee of achieving specific results. SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is not obligated to appear as a third party in any claims for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
For a claim to be admissible, SKIN EQUALITY INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD must be notified of the claim through a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within eight days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
All contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Singapore law.
